A new commission has been unveiled in London by artist Peter Randall-Page. ‘Between Theory and Practice’ 2019, a series of digital vinyl prints have been installed on the north and south sides of the Bellmouth passage pedestrian bridge. This permanent art work was commissioned by Canary Wharf Group plc.
